Arturo Martínez Esquer Arturo has been an MC since the great times of the Street Fiesta, in the Festival Plaza Hotel in Rosarito Beach from 1 993 to 1 998. Arturo has been involved in the tourism industry since 1 974 until now, and recently was the Deputy Director for Visitor Assistance at the State Secretariat of Tourism of Baja California and currently has a inbound tour operation company called Tour D’ Fun .

Baja Latino Fest is Saturday, February 1 5 from 1 1 AM5PM. At La Ventana del Mar Resort, on the grass looking out at the gorgeous Sea of Cortez. The festival promoters and sponsors expect the event to become a regional tradition for celebrating Latin music, dance and food. The celebration features nonstop music and dance performances throughout this 6-hour multicultural event.
TESORo
A Tesoro show is a provocative experience. A fusion of flamenco, rumba, rock, pop and cumbia guitars is the main focus of Tesoro. It is simply impossible to listen to the music created by these talented men and not find yourself dancing. Tesoro creates music that mesmerizes, makes one smile and goes in directions no one expects. Each band member of Tesoro shines when it comes to their instrument. Their diversity and unique personalities bring a musical background and influences that creates a fusion of sound sure to inspire the soul and get your feet moving.
Quid Pro Quo
Recognized nationally and internationally, quintet Quid Pro Quo is a group that comes from a passion for musical quality, and the desire to perform jazz in all its various forms. Created and directed by music teachers Jesse Reyes and Ramon Salcido Sanchez, together with Charly Frayre on bass and Miguel Morales on drums. The group focuses on the entire genre of jazz, as the epicenter of study and musical performance, and this is a vast universe of branches; and Quid Pro Quo includes all of them in their presentations, going from Smooth Jazz to Latin Jazz.

La celebración incluye música sin parar y espectáculos de danza a lo largo de este evento multicultural de 6 horas.
Un espectáculo Tesoro es una experiencia provocadora. Una fusión de flamenco, rumba, rock, pop y cumbia guitarras es el foco principal del Tesoro. Es simplemente imposible para escuchar la música creada por estos hombres talentosos y no encuentras bailando. Tesoro crea música que hipnotiza, hace una sonrisa y se va en direcciones que nadie espera. Cada miembro de la banda del Tesoro brilla cuando se trata de su instrumento. Su diversidad y personalidades únicas traer un fondo musical e influencias que crea una fusión de sonido seguro de inspirar el alma y conseguir sus pies en movimiento.

Reconocido a nivel nacional e internacional, quinteto Quid Pro Quo es un grupo que viene de una pasión por la calidad musical, y el deseo de llevar a cabo el jazz en todas sus diversas formas. Creado y dirigido por los profesores de música de Jesse Reyes y Ramón Salcido Sánchez, junto con Charly Frayre en el bajo y Miguel Morales en la batería. El grupo se centra en todo el género del jazz, como el epicentro del estudio y la interpretación musical, y esto es un vasto universo de las ramas, y Quid Pro Quo incluye a todos ellos en sus presentaciones, al pasar de Smooth Jazz de Jazz Latino.

RUBY CLOUDS
Ruby Clouds is a Latin/Alternative/Rn B project led by bilingual singer songwriter Ruby Rey and her brother Vid Glass. Ruby’s original songs in English and Spanish have earned her recognition from various contests including the USA Songwriting Competition, the UK Songwriting Contest, and the Cantautor Latino Contest.
Ruby Clouds es un proyecto Latin / Alternative / RnB liderado por la cantante y compositora bilingüe Rubí Rey y su hermano Vid Glass. Canciones originales de Ruby en Inglés y español han ganado su reconocimiento por parte de diversos concursos como el Concurso de Composición EE.UU. , el Concurso de Composición del Reino Unido , y el Latino Concurso Cantautor.
Created in December 2009 when the Martinez brothers decide to form their own musical group called “Los Regionales”, being the Mexicali Valley was their home. In 201 0 they recorded their first album “La Plebada Pesada”, which follows the first hit “Destápenme la Botella” by composition and childhood friend “El Plebe” Gabi Rojas.
Transcurría el mes de diciembre del 2009 cuando los hermanos Martínez deciden formar su propia agrupación musical a la que llaman “Los Regionales”, siendo el Valle de Mexicali su lugar de origen. Fue hasta el 201 0 cuando graban su primer material discográfico “La Plebada Pesada” del cual se desprende el sencillo "Destápenme la Botella" composición del locutor y amigo de la infancia “El Plebe” Gabi Rojas.
Nouvamenco es un proyecto muscial inspirado en la belleza Baja California como punto de referencia. Dando creacion a piezas musicales ineditas instrumentadas a dos guitarras con el sabor de la rumba flemenco, con le que hoy nombrariamos el nuevo flamenco.
Nouvamenco muscial is a project inspired by the Baja California beauty as a reference point. Giving to creating unpublished tracks of two instrumental guitars with the taste of flemenco rumba combined with todays new flamenco.
Fundada el 1 3 de septiembre de 2004, creador de un sistema básico para la enseñanza de la salsa y buscando constantemente el desarrollo artístico de la ciudad, ofrece al público en general las siguientes disciplinas: Salsa, Flamenco, Tango Argentino, jazz, Bachata y danza contemporánea. Durante el Bud Light Latino Fest van a realizar muchas de las danzas.
