HILTON LONDON METROPOLE, LONDON

Project size: 560 bedrooms, public areas and event spaces

We were appointed as project managers and quantity surveyors on the £52m renovation of the Hilton London Metropole, including guest rooms, public areas and the hotel’s event spaces Hilton’s largest property outside of the US, and one of the biggest hotels in London, our team delivered this project through the pandemic and with minimal disruption to the running of the hotel 560 guest rooms and suites underwent a striking transformation along with the main lobby, lobby bar, restaurants, executive lounge and the back of house spaces, including new kitchens Extensive renovations were also made to the hotel’s 42 event spaces and meeting rooms, totalling over 4,600sqm

BROWNS HOTEL, LONDON

Role: Project management, quantity surveyor and principal designer

Project size: Refurbishment of hotel rooms, suites and public areas

Rocco Forte’s famous 5-star Brown’s Hotel in Mayfair is one of London’s most established hotels and home to the Kipling suite Our team worked with the client to deliver ongoing phased works throughout the hotel. The team combined heritage features with modern building technology, whilst maintaining daily hotel business and minimising disruption for guests. The luxurious refurbishments were meticulous in their detail, for example we sourced a bespoke glass bar and custom built high-end joinery for the Donovan Bar. Our team successfully managed the complete renovation of the bar, restaurant, restaurant entrance and both kitchens, reception and concierge, various rooms and suites including the exclusive Kipling suite.
