Client: Barnet Homes Limited

Role: Project management, contract administration, quantity surveying, clerk of works and building surveying services

Project size: £15m scheme to provide external and internal refurbishment to 1500 leaseholder and tenant properties

We have been appointed by Barnet Homes on a three-year residential regeneration scheme over multiple phases. The aim is to meet decent homes standards by investing strategically in building fabric. This includes external upgrades like structural repairs, drainage, roof renewal, and internal improvements such as fire remediation, electrical upgrades, and kitchen/bathroom installations for enhanced life cycles and cost-effectiveness.

WELLINGTON COLLEGE, CROWTHORNE, BERKSHIRE

Client: Wellington College

Role: Cost management/quantity surveyor and strategic asset management

Project size: Two separate staff and student accommodations, boarding houses including teaching rooms, boarding centres, catering facilities, outdoor squad facilities and energy centre

A landmark new build project at Wellington College, one of the world’s top co-educational day and boarding schools. Our multi-disciplinary team worked closely with stakeholders to deliver two separate staff and student accommodations. The boarding houses include teaching rooms, boarding centres, catering facilities and outdoor squad facilities to enhance and expand the service to local and internal students. The building also has an energy centre and is embracing sustainability and energy saving measures.
