Client: A2Dominion Group and Green Man Lane LLP (a joint venture with Real Places)
Role: Employer’s agent/joint venture supervisor, quantity surveyor, health and safety (CDM/principal designer), building surveying, site inspector and party wall surveyors
Project size: 900+ new homes
A regeneration scheme over multiple phases across a 18-year programme. Creating a mixed use, multiple tenure development, including public realm; amenity space; infrastructure; energy centre; community café; estate office and a school. As the lead consultant, managing relationships between the joint venture partners, establishing consensus and challenging difference of opinions was a key challenge.

Role: Employer’s agent and quantity surveyor
Project size: 201 new homes
L&Q entered a JCT design and build contract with United Living to provide four high-rise blocks containing 201 mixed tenure homes with four commercial units at ground level and a basement containing a carpark Since our appointment, we have operated as a key team member at both project level and strategically at core group director level, ensuring all past issues and challenges were resolved in a timely and cost-efficient way. This included ensuring client objectives were delivered from each perspective and providing clear direction regarding roles and responsibilities through communication and escalation protocols under the contract.
