STACKED TOWER | ENZYME • Capstone Project • To redevelop an existing high-rise building that was built back in 70’s which is located at the intersection between Welington Street & Queen Road Central in the Central District of Hong Kong. Existing building does not maxi-

Building is split into 3 Zones, each with arch, struc & mep file.

Seperate Volumes are assigned to task teams to geospatially locate their proposed components and design elements. Multiple models for each discipline as per a portion ( a group of levels ) of the project, and the architecture model used for the documentation. The architectural and structural models will follow a seperation by floors. Structural models should also follow construction Key Learnings: Revit worksets, Collaboration, Linking multiple revit files.

The civil aviation industry in India has an annual requirement of 1,000 pilots, but only 200-300 pilots are being trained each year in the country, thereby not only leading to a shortage of type-rated commanders but also increasing dependence on foreign pilots.
