Purpose The purpose of this letter is for external communication, and it is a template for all ClearForm use. This letter uses the block letter format which is a formal format. You can tell which style you are using by looking in the styles section in the top right under the “home” ribbon. You should use “ClearForm-Main Font” for the main content of the letter, such as the text that you are reading. There are a handful of advance styles you may use: ClearForm Bullets for lists such as this one ClearForm Numbering for listing with numbers ClearForm Bold for emphasizing words ClearForm Headings for main topics
