The client brought the central courtyard of the block, that makes it possible to build on the original courtyard of the house.

Groundfloor plan

In the rebuild plan, the ground floor becomes the self-use apartment, the floors above become apartments for tenants. An small courtyard is inserted into the ground floor, bring light and green into the interior. The interior space are distributed around the courtyard.
