We have 6 local boarding points to choose from in the Wyre Forest and Stourbridge area, and for a supplement you can be picked up in Warndon, Worcester or Bridgnorth too, which are all served by a feeder vehicle.

GENERAL INFORMATION

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING:

To confirm your booking, please pay in full within 7 days. Once payment is received, we will send your confirmation/receipt, the number and location of seats booked. Please check your confirmation details carefully as late alterations may incur charges.

REDUCTIONS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS & CHILDREN:

Special discounted rates for Senior Citizens are listed alongside each excursion. Children aged 4-14 are carried at the Child rates listed. Please note we cannot accept unaccompanied children below 14 years of age.

CANCELLATION:

Should circumstances arise where, due to low passenger numbers, we are forced to cancel an excursion; all monies paid by all passengers will be refunded. Following that, the Company shall be exempt from any further liability.

Passengers may cancel at any time prior to departure, subject to the following conditions:

(i) For cancellations notified to us more than 7 days prior to departure, a £5.00 charge per booking is made.

(i) For cancellations for which less than 7 (but more than 1) clear days notice is received, a £15.00 per person charge is made.

(iii) For cancellations made within 1 day of the excursion, the full cost of the excursion will be charged.

(iv) Special cancellation charges may apply where admission tickets are purchased in advance.

PERFORMING ARTISTS:

For some shows, it may be advertised that a well-known personality is taking a starring role. We cannot be held liable, if on the date of our visit, the personality is unable to perform and is replaced by an understudy.

Chester has an enchanting charm all of its own. Perhaps visit the cathedral, or one of several museums. Chester is one of the finest shopping cities outside London, with many shops situated in the famous, medieval, two tiered black and white shopping galleries.

Over 7 weekends the Festive Orchard Street Market will have up to 120 stalls on offer, there will be a fantastic mix of gifts and crafts, delicious street food and yummy foodie products from artisan producers. Gloucester Quays also has a designer outlet offering up to 70% off and a Waterways Museum.

Simply Christmas: Resorts World Birmingham

The crafty Christmas show is a seasonal dream with exhibitors showcasing exclusive ranges of bespoke and unusual gifts including glassware, jewellery, art, candles, ceramics, clothing and more, as well as a mouth watering collection of locally produced food and drink. And with 4 shows including Simply Christmas, Cake International, The Creative Craft Show and the all new Bake International – there really is something for everyone.

Weston Carnival

8th November

The ‘Mardi Gras’ of the South West! This annual illuminated event is a celebration of light, music and colour. It is thought to have dated back to 1871 wending its way through nearly every street in the town and ending on the beach where bonfires where lit and effigies of Guy Fawkes and other unpopular figures were burned. This year’s event is expected to include around 130 entries including large illuminated floats and marching bands, which can all be seen from the comfort of our coach if you wish.

Disney on Ice presents Road Trip Adventures, Utilita Arena Birmingham

Magically transformed during the Christmas season, the lower floors of Chatsworth House are all beautifully decorated. The glimmer of candles, the fragrance of decorated trees and the festive music playing, all combine to make a unique experience. Includes timed Entrance to the House & Grounds, which features the popular Christmas Market.

Winter Warmer Cruise on Judith Mary with Lunch

Friday 15th November

We enjoy a stop at Peak Village Outlet Shopping Centre where you can enjoy browsing a range of stores, before continuing to Whaley Bridge to board the Judith Mary for a two hour cruise along the Upper Peak Forest Canal.

Whilst on board we enjoy hot roast turkey sandwiches with roast potatoes, stuffing, pigs in blankets and mince pies with cream for dessert.

Alice’s Christmas Wonderland at Castle Howard

Curioser and Curioser!

Tumble down the rabbit hole into a christmassy wonderland like no other!

Alice is planning a huge Christmas party, and she invites you to follow the White Rabbit through Castle Howard’s grand halls and regal rooms.

Windsor and Festive Runnymead Lunch Cruise

Monday 18th November

Enjoy a couple of hours to browse the shops of Windsor, before we travel to Runnymead Boathouse where we are greeted with a glass of mulled wine and board our boat for our 3 hour cruise.

The cruise will take you as far as Old Windsor before turning and travelling downstream through Bell Weir Lock and passing Runnymead and Staines.

Festive music will play and you will be served a delicious 3 course Christmas meal followed by tea/coffee and mince pies.

Receive a small gift from Santa before disembarking.

Nottingham Winter Wonderland

19th November

Nottingham’s Winter Wonderland features a Christmas market, ice rink and rides. The alpine Christmas market stalls have local and international traders supplying everything from handmade gifts to delicious food and mulled wine.

Fun seekers can choose to skate around the Old Market Square or view the Christmas tree from the observation wheel.

Hever Castle at Christmas

Friday 22nd November

Ely Cathedral Christmas Gift and Food Fair

Saturday 23rd November

Widely acknowledged as one of East Anglia’s exceptional Christmas shopping experiences, discover perfect presents from over 100 boutique stalls and designers located throughout the cathedral’s magnificent nave and aisles.

A super-sized festive shopping marquee, located in the grounds adjacent to the cathedral, will host a further 100 stalls, selling festive produce, gifts and treasures.

Hogwarts in the Snow: Warner Bros Studio Tour

Starting at the Great Hall, bedecked in gold decorations from Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone, all the way through to Hogwarts Castle model, fan favourite sets throughout the studio tour will be displayed in their festive finery. Learn the secrets behind ice that never melts and fire that doesn’t burn and see a blanket of film making snow covering the Forbidden Forest, Diagon Alley and the magnificent Hogwarts Castle model.

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland

Enjoy festive fun in the heart of London! The Christmas market features fairy lit wooded chalets backed with Bavarian charm, tasty treats and unique gifts. There is over 100 rides and attractions, thrilling shows, Santaland, cafes and themed bars. (There is a small admission charge to the Winter Wonderland site, which we have included, admittance is from 12pm). You can also enjoy London at leisure without the admission to Winter Wonderland.

Christmas at the Mansion: Journey to Oz at Tatton Park with Christmas Gift Fair

Windsor Castle Dressed for Christmas

Monday 2nd December

This winter explore the Christmas display at Windsor Castle, including a striking Nordmann Fir Tree which forms the centrepiece of the festive display. Windsor Castle is the largest and oldest inhabited castle in the world. The visit includes the Semi State Rooms created by George IV and the magnificent State Apartments which will be transformed with festive decorations. Windsor is also special at Christmas, its shopping centre has over 40 great shops all located in the Grade II listed Victorian Railway station.

Haddon Hall Mercatum Artisan Market and Matlock Victorian Market

Friday 6th December

Experience the true magic of Christmas at Haddon Hall’s famous Mercatum – the enchanting Artisan Market.

With Bavarian Style Christmas chalets, Winter Gardens Wonderland will spread both inside the historic Grade II listed Winter Gardens and outside in the main square and surrounding streets. There will be live entertainment and fairground rides for the little ones, and a magical Festive Village with ice skating, falling snow, a magical forest and festive lights. We include a ride through the illuminations.

Bury Market and Christmas Lunch

We enjoy free time in the former mill town of Bury, located on the banks of the River Irwell. Known for its popular market, there is time to explore over 350 stalls. We continue to the Olympus Restaurant where we enjoy a three course festive meal mid-afternoon.

The Telford Centre sits on a 50 acre site and houses over 175 stores, with current anchors including House of Fraser, Primark and Marks and Spencer.

At Southwater there is a large range of leisure facilities including restaurants, ice rink, cinema and ten pin bowling, and it contains a small Christmas market, with wooden cabins selling gifts and edible treats.

Tudors and Christmas Tour at St Mary’s Guildhall Coventry with Afternoon Tea

Tuesday 17th December

We first travel to the huge airfield market which boasts over 500 stalls, which sell a vast variety of goods including clothing, gardening, toys, books and food. In the afternoon we spend a couple of hours in Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare.

We travel on a single journey through the beautiful Cotswold countryside, lasting about an hour, to Cheltenham, where our coach will be waiting to transport you to central Cheltenham to enjoy a few free hours. The spa town offers glorious gardens, an impressive range of shops and fabulous museums.
