Storyline At 20% construction completion (2 years after start), KEO was hired as replacement PMC and CS. Our team was brought in to address issues on a project that was out of control. We successfully eased adversarial tensions through excellent execution. We re-prioritized the construction phasing and delivered the sales models, “Street of Dreams” on schedule.
