is made up of brilliant, young virtuosos and has been praised as one of today’s most adventurous ensembles. GECA—a chamber orchestra based in Switzerland—performs music of all periods and styles, from early baroque, classical, and contemporary repertoire to electronic, world, and jazz music. The GECA musicians are equally comfortable performing period and modern instruments, as well as improvising.
