CT-F-SE Torque data(value converted from the motor current) 、screw fastening data display

1.Sample software(controller accessories)


(1)Torque data(value converted from the motor current) After the completion of screw fastening, the torque data is displayed via USB. It will display only the torque data at the time of last screw fastening. It will not display the torque data of past. Please save the data to a file by pressing the save button every time after the screw fastening if you want to save the data. It will save only numeric data in csv fomat.


(2)Screw fastening data display It will display the screw fastening data after the completion of screw fastening.(the table below) It shows the count, date, time, operation bank (standard mode is 0), setting torque, peak torque (value calculated from the current), torque up time, torque hold time and temperature. Since the data is kept in the table, it is possible to save to a file together once the data is gathered to some extent.


(3)Error It will display an Error if the screw fastening error occurs. As an example the bit is out during torque holding(Error 3), waveform data’s torque falls. The numbers of error are in the table below.


2.Output method of data. The data is output in the serial communication format(RS232C)from the controller. Please refer to the instruction manual of CT-F for more details.

(1)Torque data(value converted from the motor current) About the torque data, it sends the Start Code and ACK at the same time as the operation start, and then transfers the numeric data. The timing for transfer is 10msec interval. After the completion of screw fastening, the End Code is transmitted, and finish. If the error occurs during the operation, the End Code is transmitted and finish at that point. Start

(2)Screw fastening data display After completion of screw fastening, screw fastening data is output from controller. The transmission is done in the serial communication format as the torque data. Each data of start code, identification code, data 1, data 2・・・・・data n, end code is sent continuously. There is no interval of transmission unlike the motor current.

(3)Data display when an error occurs When an error occurs in operation, the error number will be output. The communication method is the same to the screw fastening data transmission. The distinction between Operation Finish and Error is judged by「Identification code」.
