Please read the given instructions carefully before you use this Hog-Ringer, this will help to avoid misuse and prevent any accident. Please keep this manual nearby the C-Ringer for any reason. It is strictly forbidden to use any other specification for air supply. Do not leave the C-Ringer nearby child access. It is strictly forbidden to use this equipment for any animals (domestic and wildlife).

① It is mandatory to wear eye-glasses, gloves and ear-plugs. Clean and lubricate the HOG-RINGER regularly (before and after usage) for obtaining the best performance and a longer life for your Hog-Ringer. Use light machine oil for lubrication, the lubrication points are indicated with arrow marks on the HOG-RINGER.
(*1) Things as injury, burns, shock that will not require hospitalization long period outpatient treatment. (*2) Physical property damage refers to wide-ranging damage to assets and materials. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS! ・Use clean air and do not supply air pressure level to the C-RINGER higher than the specified pressure level (max 0.7MPa). ・When mud or water sits on the surface，wipe off with rag or other cloth. When mud or water enters inside，ask service center for cleaning.
* Please follow the warning/instruction labels on the body exactly. * During operation never place your hand, fingers or other parts of your body between the Jaw's, Risk of trapping (mechanical hazard). * During the C-Ringer is not in use, please switch "OFF" the air supply to avoid unexpected misuse!

DISCONNECT AIR WHEN CLEARING A JAM. 6. INSPECT TOOL FOR PROPER OPERATION. 7. CLEAN AND LUBRICATE TOOL REGULARLY. 8. KEEP FINGER OFF TRIGGER WHEN NOT DRIVING FASTENERS. 9. NEVER POINT OR FIRE TOOL OTHER THAN INTO WORK. 10. USE CLEAN AIR. DO NOT EXCEED 0.7MPa. 11. DO NOT USE OXYGEN OR COMBUSTIBLE GASES.

MEIHOTECH C-Ringer, simple designed by a minimum Q'ty of parts, provided your proper application, long life tool and assures your satisfaction. MEIHOTECH C-RINGERS are in accordance with CE Marking MD 98/37/EC and 2006/42/EC. Please make sure before you work to read and understand this manual. EN 792-1:2000+A1:2008 / ISO 12100-1 & -2 / ISO 14121 applied.

NEVER DISASSEMBLE THE EQUIPMENT BY YOURSELF! IT CAN/WILL RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY AND MALFUNCTION.
●Repair and Adjustment during any trouble in the irregular movement can not be completely made and maybe harm you. Especially, for jamming the C-ring, please do not operate C-Ringer any longer and do Not touch it. And do not forcibly pull the jammed C-ring out of the C-Ringer by pliers. It leads to the cause of damaging other parts. In these cases, please ask our sales agent or any expert near you for the Repair. ●Abnormal Operation → Please contact our sales agent. Remember: DO NOT OPEN THE EQUIPMENT! ●For any part replacements please contact Meihotech Inc. Do not replace any parts yourself nor make any modifications to the equipment. ●Please ask your sales agent for other type of C-rings, materials and colors. We are glad to offer and wide variety of C-Rings. ●Please avoid using in dirty and dusty environment and with regards to child safety near such places. Store it only in dry and secure places. ●If you have any kind of question regarding handling, please feel free to ask us or our local agent. ●Put in the special case，when you carry or keep.

All parts except the consumable parts are warranted for one year from date of purchase and will be replaced if in the sole judgment of MEIHOTECH they should be deemed defective over and above that considered to be normal wear. This warranty excludes any defect caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, incorrect voltage, or any MEIHOTECH product which may have been tampered with, altered or repaired outside an authorized MEIHOTECH service center. If warranty service is required: * Enclose a copy of your purchase receipt as proof date of purchase. * Send or bring the product to a MEIHOTECH authorized service center. Warranty does not include any freight to and from MEIHOTECH service center.

⑤ Pull and release trigger one time , a C-Ring will be forwarded to the Jaw.
※ C-RINGER OPERATION After air is connected, pulling the trigger makes the blade withdrawn as well as the upper and lower jaw closed. At this time, if C-ring is set in the end of the jaw，the ring forms a circle and clinch is implemented. At the same time，the withdrawn blade put the next C-ring into the gun. When the trigger is released，the blade push the C-ring，and set C-ring in the end of the jaw.
