In response to increasingly complex assembly procedures, FEIN offers perfect solutions for practically all production processes. In addition to the standard range, FEIN AccuTec ParameterControl screwdrivers are available for individual screwdriving applications. The individual tightening behaviour of every screwdriving application can be precisely set in up to 5 programme steps using freely programmable parameters such as angle of rotation, time, torque,
speed and direction of rotation. Through constant monitoring of the parameters during the screwdriving application, the operator’s influence on the screwdriving process is reduced to a minimum. This leads to a significant increase in quality and also measurably optimises the processes in volume production. This makes FEIN AccuTec screwdrivers with ParameterControl the best choice, even from an economic point of view.

FEIN AccuTec ASM with Li-ion battery: Up to 500,000 screw connections without maintenance. The FEIN AccuTec screwdriver ASM with mid-mounted handle – designed to meet the most stringent speed and precision requirements. The electronically controlled motor speed keeps the nominal speed constant over a wide torque range until the cut-out torque is reached. This saves time when you’re making soft screw connections. This technology is also used in the lower second speed which can be set on the two-stage screwdriver. Enabling considerably more screw connections per battery charge, the FEIN Li-ion battery also ensures longer periods of use in assembly applications.
