Among the many programs supported by Tupperware Indonesia is the Master School in Depok, West Java, established in 2000 to support underprivileged and orphaned children. Tupperware donated container classroom buildings and supplies for the children, and local Tupperware staff and Sales Force Members volunteered to teach cooking classes, computer skills, English, gardening and sex education.

To be a successful Manager, you continue holding personal parties while growing a personal team and teaching them how to hold great parties of their own. And it’s not as hard as you might think because you already have what it takes: some experience, a lot of passion and the desire to help others do great things. To achieve the title of Manager, achieve these minimums in a sales month. To be paid as a Manager in a given sales month, maintain these minimums:

The DIRECTOR IN QUALIFICATION (DIQ) PROGRAM is your path to leadership and the rewards of being a Director. When you become a Director, you’ll be rewarded with higher income and awesome awards—including a $1,000 CASH BONUS.* To be eligible to start the program, you hold personal parties and teach your team how to hold personal parties to achieve these minimums during a given sales month. To remain active in the program, maintain these same minimums.

WOW NEW DIRECTOR PROGRAM First-time Directors enjoy the opportunity to earn an incredible award in only six months (while setting up a very successful business at the same time). That’s the best kind of multi-tasking. To qualify: ACHIEVE at least $60,000 in cumulative Director team sales within your first six months (or less) as a new Director. WOW growth program RUNNING START TO WOW GROWTH: When you’ve achieved at least $10,000 in Director team sales in a given sales month, you can enter Running Start to WOW Growth.* This bridge program helps get you to the $15,000 level (and pick up another great award along the way). To successfully complete Running Start, achieve 7% month-over-month growth in Director team sales, for six months. Then, you are automatically entered into WOW Growth and can choose one of these incredible rewards: 1-carat total weight diamond pendant

Success plans are cool and all, but success plans with amazing built-in awards are even better. The WOW GROWTH PROGRAM gives established Directors the chance to grow their businesses and attain (you guessed it) some wildly outrageous wins. You can enter WOW Growth the month after you’ve achieved at least $15,000 in Director team sales in a sales month.

Five years ago, Cora Putz didn’t get what she wanted for Christmas. She’d really wanted the Tupperware Super Cereal Storer, but that durable beauty was not to be found under the tree. When she decided to order it for herself, she got in touch with a friend’s Consultant, Lori Bateman. Even when she ordered the kit, she says that she “had no intention of ever doing a Tupperware party.”
”I don’t know where I would be today if Lori hadn’t asked me to join Tupperware.” Without realizing it, Cora was already prepared for big success in Tupperware. For 10 years, she managed the student recruiting office at the University of Saskatchewan, so she was already highly skilled in recruiting and confident speaking in public. She even emceed her own wedding (talk about sassitude!).

About a year passed with Cora maintaining Consultant status but without doing any parties. Then the end of her second maternity leave began to near. She says she realized that “there has to be something better to life than working 80 hours a week and getting paid for 35.”
So Cora dedicated herself to her Tupperware business, thinking at first that it would be a little extra money and something to do that was just for her. But she began to grow her business—quickly. “My first year as a Director, I was equaling the income I made at my previous management position at the University, and now, as a 5 Star

Director, the income potential is in the six-figure category. I can only see it going up from here.” In 2012, her Organization, Tupp of the Line, achieved just over $500,000 in sales. At the beginning of 2013, Cora’s Regional, Sonya Blaney, and her Top Leader, Lisa Bueckert, asked her to set a goal for the year. She says, “I kind of

cringed at $750,000 because I thought, that’s a 50% increase. But both of them believed in me and my team and said that we could do a million, and I still cringed. But if your goal isn’t big enough for your tummy to hurt just a little, you have to set a higher goal.” Cora’s Organization reached $1 million in total sales in August of 2013 and they finished off the year with $1.98 million in sales, nearly quadrupling their sales in one year. Now, that is the power of thinking BIG. As of April 2014, they’d already reached $1 million in sales. Through all of her incredible success, she reports that her “children haven’t had to be in daycare, and you can’t put a price on that.”
On stage at Leadership Summit 2013, Cora received the incredibly high honor of Director of the Year. She says that her success is largely the result of her amazing team. “My Directors are a HUGE part of this success story, too.” We’re sure to be seeing Cora take the stage for many years to come.

When you begin promoting Directors, truly building your executive team of support, you begin to build an organization. You continue to earn royalties on your team plus royalties on your downline Directors’ teams. Your downline Directors will be stepping up to support and lead their own teams as you have done yourself. Successful top leaders refer to this as “duplicating yourself.” (Though, of course, you are one of a kind. What they mean is duplicating your successful behaviors.) step up to PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR The highest title you can achieve in Tupperware is PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR. You step up to Presidential Director when you’ve promoted 12 level 1 Directors and at least 8 of them are Star Directors. You continue to earn royalties on your Director team plus you now earn royalties on your level 1, 2, 3 and 4 downline Directors’ teams plus the infinity bonus. As a Presidential Director, you hold personal parties and continue coaching and supporting your organization as they hold their own parties. To be paid as a Presidential Director in a given sales month, maintain these minimums each sales month: $500 in personal sales $10,000 in Director team sales
