Tuesday

Hot dish : Meat sauce stuffed with root vegetables and served with Jerusalem artichoke puree – the root comes from North America and is a relative of the sunflower, it came to Europe in the 1600s, but it was not until the 80s that it had an impact in the Danish kitchens. ● Chickens Pick reversed in tikka masala and served on crisp lettuce ● Pork ­ Italian salad on the light and lovely shape ● Marinated salmon with mustard sauce ● Mixed salads with a creative seasonal salad w/ dressing Danish wholemeal bread: ”mere groft end det andet”
