Living amongst wildlife, it was a major source of food for these people. So a very common question often arises. Can the Paleo diet be followed as a completely vegetarian diet? But we also need to consider the nutrition we will be getting through the vegetarian content. Will it be sufficient? Will it complete the advantage that this diet is supposed to give out?
