Dear Keyclubbers, Hi! My name is Jon and I’m your new Bulletin Editor for the year! I really hope this year goes by with newfound friendships and wonderful memories. I’d also like to take a moment to thank everyone for allowing me to be the Bulleting Editor for our club. To those who participated throughout the year, why not look back and reminisce how the year was for you? Also to the ones that are shy, please don’t be wait to talk to anyone in the club! Goodbye to the Outies Hey amazing Hazen Key Clubbers!
First off, thank you to those who helped out at the end-of-the-year fundraisers, especially during Gordy Games. We had some stiff competition but we left them speechless. But let’s not forget our Kiss-a-Senior Goodbye fundraiser, but more importantly our seniors. A special thank you to Alan Yeh, our fabulous distinguished lieutenant governor, Allen Truong, our IP president, and Cheuk-Ning (or Cheukles as everyone likes to call her cuz she’s just so C. Li), our IP sexytary. Thank you for all you have done for Key Club. The best of luck to all of you and may the odds be ever in your favor! As for the rest of you, remember service does not end during the summer. Look forward to an incredible summer and even more incredible school year because we’ve been listening! We’ll be having summer meetings and no, we won’t be sitting in front of a projector, reading a PowerPoint. I promise it will be a lot of fun! We’ll do lots of awkward bonding so invite everyone you know, after all, you’re stuck with me and the rest of the board! :D. More information coming to you soon but until then, have you checked out the new HHS Key Club calendar? Well it’s up and ready! Click on it for upcoming events throughout the ENTIRE summer! It’ll include everything you need to know about the event, including waivers and any such forms. Lastly, CONTRAULATIONS! You just finished another school year. I know you guys did just fine on finals and if not, it only gets better from here. It is quite the honor to be the next president of Key Club. I’ll do my best in leading you and providing you with many volunteer opportunities! Have a wonderful summer because you deserve it. I hope to see you guys in the next month! Much love, Cindy Truong
