LETTER FROM YOUR LTG Hey there division 1! I hope you are as excited as I am to get this year started. The main goals for this year are, to improve our communication and growth. A few of my plans to achieve these goals include making a group me, using the buddy system, and holding more DCM's and socials. These things will allow us to interact, grow, learn, and work with each other more efficiently. I am also going to send out many recruitment ideas at the beginning of the school year and hopefully have a few recruitment events for the division. Even though we are starting during a weird time I know we will have a great year. I can't wait to meet each club and see how much yall grow.

UPDATES Due to the unfortunate events cause by COVID-19, the monthly key club reports will be put on hold until August. Though reporting for the next few months are cancelled don't forget that reporting will resume and its your job to keep up. The August reports will be due September 5th.

Even though LEDCON is cancelled we are still going to celebrate our hard work. Join us May 2nd at 3 pm on Facebook live for the Award ceremony and the Retirement and Installment of the district board.

The 2020 Key Club International Convention has been canceled. The Key Club International Board of Trustees voted unanimously on April 16, 2020, to send a recommendation to the Kiwanis Youth Programs Board to cancel the convention. If you have registered for the Key Club convention, you will receive a full refund of registration and ticket fees. The refund will be issued to the credit card used to pay the fees. Contact registration@kiwanis.org with any refund questions. Per the Key Club International Bylaws, a Key Club International council will be convened to elect the 2020-2021 Key Club International Board; details are being finalized. The 2021 Key Club International Convention in Orlando, Florida, is scheduled for July 7-11. Check the convention website for updates. Registration is scheduled to open in March.

Even though we are not together there are still so many ways to serve. One way we can serve is through the Thirsty 30 campaign with the Thirst Project. This campaign is designed to activate every member of Key Club. Together we can lead our clubs and communities to help END the water crsis.
