Step 1 Apply Fill out the application form found at this link. https://www.ws.edu/_media/pdf/admissions/applications/wscc-application-20140923.pdf

Step 2: Search for Financial Aid College is very expensive, so it is beneficial to find help to minimize the cost. The FAFSA is a must to fill out and also apply for the TN promise if you can.

Step 3: Submit Test Scores If you are under the age of 21 you must submit a valid act score, and if you are above 21 you must submit your COMPASS exam score.

Step 4: Complete student orientation Every student must complete orientation. The orientation will help you learn knew things about the campus and will be a help in college.

Step 5 Schedule an advising appointment After getting admitted and submitting the appropriate test scores and papers, you need to find the advisor for your major (list can be found on the Walters State Website)

Step 6 Class Registrations You should work with your advisor to schedule your classes as soon as possible. This will give you more of a chance to be flexible with your schedule. To register for classes, visit StarNET.

Step 7 Pay Tuition fees. This is arguably the most important process. Your enrollment is not complete until all fees are paid for. StarNET or any Walter State campus can be used as a place to pay it off. If you do not get it paid by the deadline your classes can be deleted.
