What is the meaning of Future British in relation to personal mobility experiences in 2050?
How will British cultural identity evolve and shape the future?
Initial jewellery and form inspiration
Initial sketch ideas/development
Primary research: Hand made and contemporary designs at the Gill Wing Jewellery shop, Islington, London.
FUTURE BRITISH T H E AT RE Famous fashion designers such as Charles Frederick Worth and Vivienne Westwood were pioneers of their time, creating trends and new approaches in their sector. This approach and inventiveness, is a true British value. Taking inspiration from modern architectural/flowing forms and British/International contemporary jewellery designers such as Sari Rathel and Victoria Walker that take bold approaches to jewellery, experimenting with scale and it’s interaction with the human body. With the advent of fully autonomous vehicles, my future direction for Bentley Motors is to create a concept that is the ultimate in luxury autonomous travel, creating a distinct presence and theatre to the experience.
