supporting the community We are an established local building company. We employ over 100 local tradesmen and use only local suppliers. We are proud to contribute significantly to the regions economic prosperity. We are also actively involved in local community projects, fund raisers and support local sporting groups. In 2004 / 2005, Quinlivan Homes project managed the construction of the Ronald McDonald House Wagga Wagga. We support, donate and participate in the Wagga Wagga Cancer Council’s ‘Relay for Life’ every year. We have participated in local fund raising events including the popular ‘It Takes Two’ charity concert where we helped raise over $3,500 for St Vincent de Paul Youth Services Wagga Wagga. We are regular donators of blood to the Australian Red Cross Blood Service in Wagga Wagga. We are strongly associated with local Rugby League, Australian Rules and Netball in our region.

sustainability In recent times, there has been significant importance placed on reducing carbon emissions and water consumption, as well as finding a renewable energy source to power our domestic needs. We are constantly developing new ways to live in a sustainable world. Quinlivan Homes is committed to designing and constructing sustainable homes. We are Housing Industry Association accredited Greensmart Professionals. In every home we design we incorporate sustainable design principles including correct solar orientation, thermal massing and cross flow ventilation. Every Quinlivan Home constructed uses energy efficient sources of lighting, water saving tapware, water saving toilet suites and insulation material that exceeds the minimum requirement. We can also incorporate or provide you with the latest information on performance glazing, low VOC paints, solar hot water systems, rainwater tanks, recycled effluent systems, hydronic in-floor heating and solar grid collectors.
We are doing our small part for a bigger cause. We strive to ensure all our homes are innovative and are sustainable to construct as well as occupy, now and well into the future.
