The Original Direct Printing & Fixation
The Revolution has begun...
Join the Revolution With d.gen Teleios, the original direct printing and fixation machine, manufacturers and imaging operations who want to produce eye-catching flags and banners with photorealistic images can print directly onto polyester, knit, satin, microfiber and poly-cotton as easily as printing on paper. Until now, printing photorealistic images on flags and banners required two separate processes: printing on paper, then transferring that image from paper to fabric. So it was necessary to purchase an additional thermal transfer machine and the additional cost of transfer paper. Fabric, coated with special inkjet coating, is fed directly into an inkjet printer. New generation inks allow jetting onto a variety of materials including cotton blends, satin, polyester and micro-fibre.

It allows textile printing and heat fixation to occur in one simple process, while also monitoring temperature levels, print speed and ink levels. Textile Feeding System This unique feeding system is the key component to making the Teleios run so efficiently. It enables you to print on meshes, chiffon, and any flag banner fabrics without curvature or twists. Bulk Ink System Offering up to 2 liters per color and up to 8 colors, this easy to use ink feeding system enables you to refill inks while printing without getting your hands dirty. This system is controlled by micro-captive air pressure, operating at a degree of pico-gram precision. Ink Tray Any excess ink that passes through the fabric is caught by the ink tray, preventing any splashing or staining to the underside of the print job.
