Objective Education Work History

I am an aspiring Urban Designer and Planner, who is interested in sustainable design and master planning, with a focus on Transit Oriented Developments. University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning Bachelor of Urban Planning Class of 2016 Design Collective: Baltimore, MD Urban Design Intern (August 2015 - December 2015)

Responsible for rendering illustrative plans based off of previously designed AutoCAD line work, creating SketchUp models for client meetings, editing AutoCAD line work, and preparing InDesign boards. Specialized in Photoshop renderings for marketing purposes and for client presentations.

Rule Joy Trammel + Rubio: Atlanta, GA Associate Architectural Intern (January 2015 - May 2015)

Created sections and details in AutoCAD for a large hotel development, edited illustrative master plans, and created massings in SketchUp. Was mainly focused on construction documents during my tenure at RJT+R.

College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation: Cincinnati, OH Facade Improvement Program Facilitator (August 2014 - December 2014) Responsible for securing city grant money as well as utilizing third party sources to help revitalize neighborhood businesses in the College Hill neighborhood of Cincinnati. Presented progress reports to CHCURC’s board of trustees.

City of Cincinnati Department of Transportation and Engineering Architecture and Urban Design Intern (September 2013 - August 2014)

Worked on AutoCAD drawings for corridor projects, and helped create visual representations and presentations for public process meetings.

Gary H. Silver Architects: New York, NY Intern (January 2013 - May 2013)

Surveyed job sites in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. Created line work from surveyed sites. Helped create marketing pamphlets for completed jobs.

North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority: Newark, NJ Regional Planning Intern (June 2012 - August 2012)

Created the architecture for a database used to sort past, present, and future planning-related projects around the Northern New Jersey Region.
