Reception is open daily between 7am and 10pm. Hours may vary on public holidays. For after hours emergencies, please dial ‘9’ from your in-room phone or call 02 8536 3600.
HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY
Your apartment will be serviced daily. If you are staying 7+ nights, you will have reduced servicing.
MINI BAR
Available to purchase directly from reception, we have a variety of artisan snacks, local beer, wine, candles, plush toys and more. Available between 7am and 10pm daily.
AIR CONDITIONING
All apartments have individually controlled heating and cooling. Ensure all external doors and windows are closed for this to function properly.

POOL AND SPA

CAR PARK
Quest car park is located on the lower basement level of our building. Driveway for the car park is located on Elouera Road.

CAR PARKING AT QUEST CRONULLA
Follow Kingsway all the way to the end, make a left turn and follow Elouera Road until you can see ‘Old Joe’s’. There is a driveway immediately here with yellow poles, this is the entry to our car park. Please follow down one level to the basement and park in any available space. Or if there are none available, collect a key from reception to our private spaces.
Please note at busy times Northies Hotel will display a ‘Car Park Full’ sign at the driveway entry. Should you encounter this please ignore the sign and proceed down to the basement level. This sign is to deter Northies patrons from utilising our spaces. The lift is in the middle of the basement, if you have your swipe card this needs to be used to access the lift or if you have not yet been given a key please press the intercom button located at the lift doors and wait for assistance.
