2011 reset I the world has been reset - technology has been removed yet knowledge has been retained. unbeknownst to earth, the master architect has initiated an eleven year reset sequence in hope of a radical phase shift - a global awakening. when residual memory becomes the only ‘technology’ available, what has to be in our story to ensure that knowledge is passed on before the next reset? what is it we collectively understand? do we reoffend? do we recommit? do we rebuild? do we rediscover? can we reinvent?

the awakening

i woke up. at least i think i did. at least i hope i didn’t. i remember it changing. i lost everything i had, but remember everything i knew. it seems the landscape around me has changed. technology has been removed. the shoulders on which our technology stands has been removed. we have knowledge without progression, we have memory without technology. the giants have left. we have no shoulders to stand on.

the gathering they came from all over the hills

a state of shock is what happens when we lose our narrative, when we lose our story, when we become disoriented. what keeps us oriented and alert and out of shock is our history

take your instinct by the reins what we want and what we need has been confused - been confused gatherings broke out. immediate alliances were formed. those who wanted to return to the old ways of thinking distanced themselves like actors reciting scripts. transformative thoughts were born, out of need + out of necessity. nobody knows what was to happen next.

the rebuild a period of crisis like the one we are in is a very good time to think about history, to think about continuities, to think about roots. it is a good time to place ourselves in the longer human story of struggle’

struggling with the realisation of the reset, the population globally and locally has begun to rebuild to an image much like it was before. small shock-waves of revolution and evolution resound throughout the world as some people see the reset as a time to reinvent.

reset II

eleven summers ago this happened. now it is repeating. i don’t roll the dice. i don’t believe in coincidence. what do they want from us? what are we doing wrong? will this happen again? must we change our ways? i can’t live like this for another eleven years. something has to change

2nd tier “transpersonal” values - being turqoise - holistic self - quest: peace yellow - integral self - quest: to balance the whole

radical phase shift 1st tier “personal” values - subsistence green - sensitive self - quest: affectionate relations, dialogue and consensus orange - achiever self - quest: material pleasure, in defence of civilisation blue - rule / role self - quest: ultimate peace, good vs evil red - impulsive self - quest: heroic status, power, glory, rage and revenge purple - animistic self - quest: safe mode of living, security beige - instinctive self - quest: food, water, shelter in order to avoid oncoming resets and to save the planet, a ‘radical phase shift’ is needed from first tier personal values to second tier transpersonal values, as it is only from the second that one can see the shortcomings of the first.

help us inscribe the first lines

language is culture, but only if language is based on place. language out of context is no longer real & therefore does not exist.

they’ll drain the seas colliding

critical mass

history is replete with examples of complex civilisations that have nevertheless fallen. societies that destroyed their environments and ultimately themselves, in part by undermining the natural resources on which they depended.

how do we not impose a governance mechanism on people, but give them an option they cannot refuse? rediscovering a connection with place, we have begun to tell stories, inscribing a new culture onto the land

easter island unlike other fallen civilisations, we have been given three chances, three resets. the awakening seems to be happening. may we become more conscious of how others have failed, and of what we need to do in order to get it right?

failed civilizations the seasons are greater, be assured. try to remember this.

respect your place, wherever you are.

the seasons are your elders, sometimes they shake their leafy heads.

relics, nothing but relics

societies may do disastrous things because they didn’t anticipate a problem before it arrives. they may have no prior experience of such problems, and are therefore ignorant of the potential threat. they may have prior experience – but it has been forgotten.

self-obsession dies a wonderfully becoming death societies sometimes fail to solve a problem – even though it’s been recognised – because maintaining the status quo is good for the perpetrators or the power brokers, even if it’s not so good for everyone else.
