The all-new SYNC 4 system features twice the computing power of SYNC 3 and can wirelessly connect smartphones without a USB cord for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Also new for 2022 is a new stylish Lariat Sport Appearance Package that includes body-colour bumpers, exterior mirrors and grille plus a chrome exhaust tip and black running boards. The Black Appearance package is now available for XLT models and includes the 20-in. Ebony Black-painted premium wheels, body-colour bumpers, grille bars, black running boards and even black Ford oval logos. New colour options are also available including a Baja interior for Lariat, a Navy Pier and Light Slate interior for Limited and an Atlas Blue exterior colour. The current generation Super Duty was introduced in 2020 and offers an available 6.7L Power Stroke diesel V8 engine option that delivers 1,050 lb-ft. of torque and 475 horsepower.
