Low Fare Comparison and Fare Limits ADDING RULES Fare Checks – Compare TST’s fare against lowest available (FXA)
STEPS Case 1 - Check lowest fare available and reject PNR when FXA is unable to price.

Case 2 - Check lowest fare available and reject PNR when FXA is unable to price. Append /KC to send FXA for business class cabin. Case 3 - Check lowest fare available and reject PNR when FXA is unable to price. Append /KF to send FXA for first class cabin. Fare Checks – Limit fare differences

Retention Line – the tool will add a retention line only when PNR does not contain a retention line or when retention line date is sooner than configured. SFPD – PNR will match name in SR DOCS line with name in NM element. Seats assurance – the tool will check for seats requested except when RMS NO SEATS element exists. Service Fee – the tool will add service fee ($25.00) to each passenger in PNR except when RMF NO FEE element exists. Stored fares (TSTs) – select the TST option the tool must check prior to issuing tickets. Ticket – select the option to issue documents. a. TTP – add secondary ticketing qualifiers for custom ticketing functions Final – add (optional) RMQ remarks when ticketing is successful.

Queue number from which the robot extract PNRs for processing. Queue for the robot to place failing and passing PNRs. Available option to queue PNR to users. Assign account configuration folder for rules, and default configuration file for exceptions. Record fail and pass transactions with duration limits Robot will auto-sign in Sel when needed with its own user ID and password. Table to add, edit, and delete agents’ sign, queue type, and number. Run Button Save Settings Exit
Allow a manual run of the rules. Save settings to associated configuration file.
