Located near Stratford International station, the 42-story Manhattan Loft Gardens is a mixture of residential loft-style and single-story apartments, a five-star hotel, and three sky gardens carved dramatically out of the building’s profile, representing a new model for high-rise living. With a uniquely engineered concrete and steel frame, the double-cantilevered tower allows the incorporation of three sky gardens in which residents can meet and interact. These gardens provide a range of shared open spaces that provide spectacular views of the London skyline.

The proposed tower shall serve as the headquarters for the Al Mulla Ground, with optimized retail space with a three level podium arrangement. The project will also incorporate basement car parking and servicing. in appreciate that the vision for the tower is a landmark that is distinctive and prominent, the ambition is to design a pure and tectonic volume that will contrast with the fully glazed and intriquate-shape towers surrounding the plot, creating a timeless icon that will rise in the city skyline .

Western Gateway will be a residential development of 780 Units, combining private, Social Rent and Shared Ownership, located in the Docklands. The overarching masterplan principles can be distilled into the following points: Conecting with Phase-1 tower, by enclosing the existing shape arround the lanscape. Clarification of the urban grain by forming courtyard blocks with central areas. Embrace connectivity by intrtoducion pedestrian access which would transform the site into a connected residential hub. Activate frontages, by introducing residential uses at ground level facing seagull lane. This will activate the streetscape infront of the railways.

KPF THE CLEARINGS
The Clearings will be a Super-Prime residential development comprising of 73 units including 7 townhouses, Underground Parking, Private amenities and Retail. The approach was to overhaul and improve public space with meaningful areas and routes. Through introducing new streets and spaces, we will allow more natural light to reach the ground level. The building will be crafted from a combination of expertly laid brick and stone which is deeply fitting with the area and will provide a timeless, lasting and grounded addition to the neighbourhood.

KPF AKON TOWER
AKON Tower will be a high quality residential-led mixed-use development comprising of 685800 sq ft within the Nine Elms tall building cluster on the South Bank of London. In addition to both prime residential and affordable housing, the development also offers substantial offices and retail space. The mixture of uses within the building informs the massing of the porposed design so each function is located in its optimal location. Retail units at ground wrap arround the base of the two buildings thereby invigorating the proposed public realm. Residential elements benefit from elevated views.

Frade Arquitectos, established by Juan Pablo R. Frade, National Prize in 1995, is a firm focused in projects related to cultural heritage, but also new buildings. They have designed 16 museums, including the National Archaeological Museum of Spain. FRADE HISTORY OF MADRID MUSEUM
The existing building was a result of different interventions in the original XVIII century San Fernando’s Orphanage. Various additions such as as a School, and a Chapel, formed a residual courtyard which has been turned into the main feature of the Project. the courtyard, protected by a golden ceiling becomes the main hall of the museum from where you can access to the collections. The old Chapel has been adapted to a Exhibition room, creating a mezzanine that connects with the rest of the museum.

The project is located in the center of a strong axis which traverses the urban scheme. This route through the city reflects the essence of Florence’s historical urbanism: narrow streets with several vertical views that produce high contrasts between the street scale and the dimensions of buildings. The intervention maintains the essence of Florence’s urban scheme, being respectful to its historical surroundings and at the same time using them as a key part of the project.

BORDERS ¡ COMMUNAL HOUSING
The objective of the project is to pull down the separation created by the avenue encircling the city center. This avenue was projected following the line of the ancient wall and nowadays it has ended up doing the same as the wall: isolating the city from the surroundings. The idea of the project is to prolong the peripheral blocks of the city intertwining them with the park, generating a natural transformation from the orthogonal plan of the city blocks to the organic shape of the park.
¡ D R AW I N G S ¡ I’ve always been interested in drawing, not only as a hobby but also as a tool for remembering different moments in my life and for analysing my enviroment. My love for drawing has been very useful during my degree in architecture, applied to various fields: scale, aesthetics, proportion, harmony, etc. Here are some of my works made using different techniques such as pencil, ink, watercolor, acrylic and charcol.
