To register for HMUN China 2011, please follow the instructions below 1.
Register Delegation registration is open from July 2010 to November 1, 2010. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Delegations are encouraged to apply as early as possible To register, you must submit the completed Registration Form as soon as possible (no later than November 1). Please send the completed HMUN China 2011 Registration Form to info@hmunchina.org. If accepted, you will be notified within two weeks. You can find the Registration Form in the Download section of the Globalmun Online Platform: www.globalmun.org/Download.aspx?Conferenceid=46 Or you can find it at www.harvardmun.org/hmun-china/

All payments made prior to October 1, 2010 will be exempt from exchange rate risk; modified
fees will be announced on October 1, 2010 if there is a substantial disparity in exchange rate; all payments made after October 1, 2010 will be subject to the modified fees. 2
Delegation fee includes one faculty advisor fee (travel, accommodation, food and other
personal expenses NOT included). Delegations must consist of a minimum of 6 delegates. Delegations of over 20 delegates will be considered two separate delegations, and are responsible for paying the registration fee for both delegations. Delegations with fewer than 6 must register as Individual Delegates. Delegate fee does NOT include travel, accommodation, food or any other personal
expenses. Delegate Deposit is a nonrefundable part of delegate fee to ensure delegates’ seats in the conference. The deadline for refunds is December 15, 2010. 4
A student can register as an individual delegate only when his or her school will not attend as a
delegation. Individual delegates are accepted after November 1, 2010 on a rolling basis, subject to seat availability. 5
A delegation fee includes one Faculty Advisor Fee. If more than one faculty advisor is coming,
each additional faculty advisor must pay 50 USD.

Create an online account Accepted delegations can create their online accounts beginning September 1, 2010 on the
Globalmun Online Platform. This online system will facilitate your delegation management and delegates’ preparation. Once you have confirmed the students participating, delegates will need to register their accounts in
Globalmun Online Platform. And a delegate list in spreadsheet format will also be requested for confirmation and backup. Online account registration will not be open until September 1, 2010, through WEMUN’s Globalmun Online Platform: www.globalmun.org.
