2017 - ON GOING
The architecture of the airport was done by Aeroport de Paris. Then the interiors where adapted and redesigned by our team + Grupo Arquitectos. The chilean government entities in charge of the aiport wanted to represent Chile through its design. We worked as concept design the vast extensivness of Chiles nature that was represented through out its terminals. The Central Terminal is Santiago using the color grey. The arrivals and departures terminals are: Orange for the dessert, Green for Easter Island, Purple for the Central Valley, Blue for its lakes, Turquoise for its rivers and light blue for Patagonia. The main structure remains the same as the Central Terminal through out each terminal, but color is shown in the retail boxes, seats and rugs in waiting areas.

Unfolding the box of nature that sorrounds Chile all through its lenght, with the sea on one side, the mountains on the other side, and the sky.
Example of part of the color study of why green was chosen for Easter Island (Terminal C).
Example images of how the green is going to be applied in the terminals (Commercial boxes, bathroom boxes and applications). This color model changes in every terminal according to the color that represents each part of Chile.

2015 - ON GOING
Hilton Santiago Las Condes is going to form part of Parque Arauco Kennedy Shopping Mall including Latinamericans largest Convention Center. With this 400 room project Hilton will arrive to Chile. Strategically located in one of the city’s most iconic shopping destinations, offering retail, entertainment, dining and more, Hilton Santiago Las Condes will serve as an ideal base for both business and leisure travelers visiting the city for events or a sophisticated city escape. The new hotel, designed by Gensler Architecture, Benkel Larraín Architects, and Enrique Concha & Co interior design. The project has two restaurants and three bars; spa with heated indoor swimming pool; 30th floor terrace with outdoor swimming pool and sky bar overlooking the city; 29th floor fitness center; executive lounge. The hotel’s seventh floor will be home to outdoor gardens offering a privileged view of Parque Araucano – an expansive natural setting in Las Condes area of Santiago.
SQ FT +320.000
The lobby of the Hotel is located in the seventh floor, with a ceiling height of 26ft. The views are extremly important, since from evrywhere you can see the mountains. So the main idea was to CONNECT, interiors + exteriors, based in what is local. The mountains and its textures, adding the experience, innovation, sophistication, purposeful character of Hilton.
Colors and texture inspiration image of the mountains.

2017 - Standby
A new Mandarin Oriental hotel was supposed to be executed at the famous sea town Vina del Mar. Until now the project is Standby. The hotel was to have 19 floors with 203 guestrooms. The concept of the Hotel was “home away from home”. Vina stand outs for having a busy summer season with lots of latinamerican tourist families. We wanted to create an atmosphere that was refined and timeless, where people could rest and feel welcomed. The chosen material palette was very natural. White stones, light toned woods that would create this ambiance and contrast with the view of the sea. Next we will see the image development of the bar and pool.

Luxury small cruise, for 20 passengers. The issue of conservation is very latent and important in Galapagos, so we decided to work around this and name the ship M / Y Conservation. We worked in rescuing the textures of the Galapagos, woods, volcanic stones, and showing through photography in sepia tones and black and white the world of the flora and fauna of these islands, accompanied by the eye of the Argentine photographer Eliseo Miciu. We designed all the decorative furniture of the ship in conjunction with Jonathan Charles, to strengthen the concept, through washed out woods, stainless steel details that were treated with different textures and gray marbles, representing the volcanic stones of the island.

N/NAKA is going to be a new restaurant for Chef Niki Nakayama in NYC. She stands-out for her “Kaiseki” traditional 10 course japanese meal. Her food is a work of art, and she wants no distractions. The concept for the restaurant is “Light and Shadow”, inspired in japanese architecture where beauty resides in darkness and not brightness.
SQ FT 2.814
The idea was to make the light in this project as concealed as possible. With a play of shadows and beams of light coming accross the tables and bar to see the food.

DESCRIPTION
2022
Sollos is a Brasilian contemporary furniture manufacturer whos main designers are Jader Almeida and Alvaro Siza, that are very well known internationally. Sollos stands out for their beautiful, elegant and innovative designs, and in them you can see reflected the importance of craftmanship to the brand. The idea of the project is to create a store for the brand in NYC, that will be the appartment. It will have two purposes: the first exhibit their latest designs and the second is to have samples of all the materials, so they can work with the clients in having their design custom made. Since its a small store, the concept was to create the Sollos appartment, with a living area, dining room (that is a work area as well), and a desk area that will be where the store staff have their desks.
