Education SPARE TIME I’ve been a dancer on high Danish level. To become a good dancer, you need to focus on details, present in front of many people, continue even though it hurts, is able to plan and motivate yourself to reach the goal. Today I enjoy to dance in my sparetime and tell stories through body language.

I praktikperioden har Josefine bl.a. arbejdet med idé og konceptudvikling, her i blandt design af produkter eksempelvis ergonomiske greb til stegepander, en serie af interiør-produkter til boligen, tekniske designs mv. Josefine har også arbejdet med et emballagekoncept og butiksdisplay samt præsentationer af produkter og koncepter. Josefine har hurtigt sat sig ind i vores arbejdsprocesser og har arbejdet systematisk og professionelt med opgaverne ‐ såvel selvstændigt men også som en integreret del af vores designteam. Hun har en god formsans og stor fornemmelse for at ramme stilen i de forskellige opgaver hun er blevet præsenteret for. Hun har også vist gode evner inden for konstruktion i vores 3D-tegneprogram Solid Works. Hos DESIGN CONCERN kender vi Josefine som en yderst positiv og hjælpsom kollega, og vi har været utrolig glade for at have hende i praktik hos DESIGN CONCERN.

Vi har lært Josefine at kende, som et meget rart og empatisk menneske, der sin unge alder til trods hurtigt fandt ind i husets rytme. Josefine har et sjældent godt øje for børns - og voksnes - behov og er højt værdsat af børn, kolleger og ikke mindst forældre i VuggeDuen. Josefine startede som tilkaldevikar, men da vi kort efter fik en ledig stilling, som fast lukkevagt blev Josefine foretrukket. Lukkevagten er en meget betroet stilling med eneansvar og stor forældre kontakt. Denne opgave har Josefine, gennem 9 måneder, løst til vores alles store tilfredshed.
