Kælderbaren S-Huset, Lyngby, Denmark You will be playing at the main stage called “Kælderbaren”. The venue has a capacity of 190 stading audiences. The venue is situated at the Studenthouse, S-Huset, at the Technical University of Denmark, Lyngby. Near the north going freeway “Helsingør motorvejen” from Copenhagen. We hope that you will take the time to read the following pages, as they should provide you with answers to the most common questions prior to your concert. GENERAL INFORMATION: PARKING: Pls. park near Oticon Salen, bus power (CEE 16A/3) provided at Oticon salen, right at the parking lot. Pls. note: National law prohibits engines running idle for more than 1 minute in populated areas. LOAD IN & PARKING: Load in directly to staircase and elevator. KĂŚlderbaren is based at the cellar of the studenthouse, S-Huset. Elevator capacity is 1300 kg (width: 1,1 m (Door width: 0,9 m), height: 2,1 m, depth 2,10 m). ENTRANCE (MUSICIANS/CREW): Via main entrance. PRODUCTION OFFICE: Pls. specify your needs prior to arrival. COMMUNICATION: There is WLAN access inside and outside the venue. On request we can forward you access information. DRESSING ROOMS & CATERING AREA: 2,2 m x 3,7 m, furnished with sofas and well-lit makeup mirror, no bath & no toilet, situated directly next to the stage. Large catering / hospitality area on ground floor, pls. contact our booking dept. to specify your meals, drinks, etc. CURFEW: Concert curfew is normally 12 pm, pls. refer to your contract for Please note that backstage and the showering facilities will be closed 1 hour after show stop, no later than 1.00 am. VENUE CREW: Depends on production size, pls. specify in advance, but as a minimum: - Venue representative - 1 Stagehand FIRE & PYRO: Please note that the use of open fire, pyrotechnics and confetti are not allowed. The venue representative is authorized to interrupt the concert in case of a fire or violation of the above. dB LIMITS: To ensure a healthy concert experience to our audience, and to comply with EU and Danish noise regulations towards our employees, we are enforcing a 103 dBA averaged over 15 minutes dB limit (Leq 15 = 103 dBA). Values will be measured at F.O.H. No peak limiter or circuit breaker is installed to enforce the rule. SMOKING: National law prohibits smoking in public areas, including but not limited to performance and backstage facilities.
