Member Committee Vice President 15.16 Finance & Legal

The MCVP Finance & Legal is responsible for managing the finance way to support the term goals and increase the long-­‐term sustainability; accounting, smart use of the resources. In addition, he/she is responsible of the legal management of the national entity by solving all legal issues and giving support for LC level (contracts, status, and conferences). He/she has to also manage the National Finance Team and the Internal Auditors, and educate the Local Finance Directors and members.

Gather and promote Good Case Practices (GCPs) from international and national level of learning activities and financial processes or any other tools. Promote opportunities for members.

Member Committee Vice President 15.16 Marketing

The main role of the MCVP Marketing is to create the strategies needed to support the performance of the Operations Team (Exchangers and TXP), this through market research, and product/consumer analysis. Ensure proper management of our platforms, and social media in which we are present, as well as the information sent through those channels, making sure that the National and International Branding is aligned and respected. The MCVP is responsible of internal and external communication management at local and national level to all of our stakeholders; as well as the external positioning of AIESEC in the relevant markets. Manage all the media partners at national level, ensuring Brand presence with all current and potential stakeholders.

Work with Business Development Area to improve material and external image of AIESEC in Mexico.

4) Internal Communications •

Responsible of the development, execution and tracking to generate effective internal communication programs at national and local level.

Responsible for maintaining and developing strategies and tools and training needed to ensure the internal communication in the whole entity.

Responsible of having the right communication with MCVPs Marketing from our Country Partners.

5) Information Systems •

Increase the effective usage of our internal system.

Providing the training to the members about Experience AIESEC and the tools we use.

Develop effective structures / rules and policies, within Experience AIESEC and Opportunity Portal (OP) to ensure a proper distribution of AIESEC Mexico’s information.

Responsible of the conversation rate from Interested to Applicant

6) Information Technology •

Responsible for the technical maintenance of the national website, providing and developing the needed tools in order to deliver an effective message to the external market.

Improve/Maintenance of Official Website (www.aiesec.org.mx) and training to VPs about managing their websites.

Technical Support with Official websites (congresses, groups, events, etc.).

Develop new applications to improve AIESEC in Mexico’s performance.

Technical Support for Experience AIESEC and Opportunity Portal website to members.

Technical Support of our domain accounts (aiesec.org.mx).

Administration of our server/host and information manager there.

Provide space to our server if needed (LC level).

7) Additional Areas •

Make in synergy strategies that can support the performance of the different areas in the internal and external market.

Drive National Social Media Strategy.

Provide all the material needed for operations.

Ensure branding alignment at national and local level.

Audit all the strategies developed by other areas.

Member Committee Vice President 15.16 Account Delivery The role of the MCVP A D is to ensure quality service to our stakeholders (Companies, Trainees, EPs, Members), this includes: - Clear expectation setting. - Speedy and professional communication.

- Efficiency in internal processes through the Entity Control Board (ECB), being the final responsible. - Working with Account Managers from local level. - In charge of National Auditing for all exchange programs. - Partnership development for IGIP and BD. - Final Responsible for PwC Development.

The Member Committee Vice-­‐president of OD for the term 15.16 is the main responsible of the operations team (iGIP, iGCDP, oGIP, oGCDP, and TXP) and the growth strategy in current entities. He/she is in charge of developing all entities, both SUs and LCs, around the countries in the most sustainable way possible. The MCVP is responsible for clustering LC, coaching model, reward and recognition from national level and measuring health of local entities.

This through the sales and delivery of National Products, Sponsorships, National Events and Youth to Business.
