Complete process of CNC Turning CNC turning is a process that is used for precision machining to produce cylindrical components such as hubs, bars, pulleys, etc., through metal cutting while using computer numerically controlled lathes. CNC, machine tool, lathe is well programmed through the control units known machines or computer-aided machining software. Drivers program the machine and configure software controlled cutting tools needed to produce the final product according to the specifications given in technical drawing. Swiss Turn Parts CNC turning is the single most important process used for machining plastic. Use when precision tool generates materials after inserting the single point cut in the diversion of materials. The cutting procedure is executed by a cutting tool which is applied either on the right angle or parallel to the axis of the work piece. Is carried out by exerting pressure on the work piece or the weakest profiles for flexible material. Sometimes by computer numerically controlled lathe, the cutting surface is formed by performing the helical feed, and that gives rise to rotation. The cutting tool is used until the required depth is achieved and the size. CNC turning can be done on both sides, inside or outside as to the needs and specifications required. Parties that are too large for balance and cause difficulty in rotation around a central point, working in a machining center with a U axis. Twist length is approximately 1000 mm between centers with a speed range of 4,000 rpm and the driving power 46kW. CNC precision machining The CNC turning process cuts the plastic in various forms as profiles pointed, simple smooth surface, sharp edges, contour, curve, fillet radius with threaded surface. These cut and turned parts are used to create axes, rods, bushes, pulleys and more. The turning process also applies to the more rigid materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper , nylon , polycarbonate, acrylic , brass , Teflon , titanium , ABS , PVC , etc. , which can be controlled with the software tools . The CNC turning is cheaper than CNC milling, reducing the production cost by minimizing the design elements. However, this also places a limitation on design flexibility. Turning CNC has several advantages as it says that turning tools to deliver components to a faster production rate with optimum manufacturing accuracy. Indeed, the automated CNC turning process can achieve close dimensional tolerances in each piece. Some more advantages include the high level of uniformity or consistency parties achieving optimum cycle times for all components and the rapid

implementation of larger volume. Example of parts manufactured by CNC turning includes Robot Parts , Shift knobs, motorcycle parts , auto parts , toy parts , knobs , etc, and parts made by this process is used everywhere in the metals , plastic and even in the aerospace industries.
