Cooling Tower Systems for your business growth Cooling towers are an indispensable part of many industrial plants these days. Today almost no large industrial facility that does not use cooling water systems. Are relatively inexpensive ways to remove heat from cooling water used for a variety of industrial processes? In theory, the process of such counter flow cooling tower is very simple to understand. The hot water heat exchanger is fed back to the tower which cools the water. In other words, heat is exchanged and the water is cooled. The cooled water is sent back to cool industrial processes in the refrigeration plant. Currently, two different types of cross flow cooling tower systems in use. These can be classified as natural draft towers and mechanical draft towers. Due to the immense size of the projects of natural kinds, they are only used in large installations such as refineries and power plants globally. However, mechanical projects are smaller because they use electric fans to force air flow through the tower. The water in these towers falling on the surfaces of filler while moving downward, aided by gravity. This helps to increase the contact time between the water and the air, thus maximizing the heat transfer from the water to air, which is then dispersed through the atmosphere. The cooled water is recycled through the system and the loss of water evaporated is made by adding additional water. Many Indian companies are now able to manufacture world-class towers. These companies are increasingly aware of the quality and have obtained ISO to become one of the best systems of manufacturing companies cooling tower today. Many companies also export these systems in several countries, and manufacturing. Due to strict quality control, production is achieved near zero defects. Any defects found are rectified before the product reaches the final stage of manufacture. Therefore, these systems are able to meet the rigorous demands of various industries. These systems were first found use in the industrial revolution. Due to accelerate the pace of production during these period, industries faced a practical problem related to the removal of excess heat. Therefore, early systems were designed for this period. The first towers were originally made of wood. However, recent advances in technology have made possible the development of a wide range of systems, such as fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) and reinforced cement concrete (RCC) cooling towers as well.
