You know what’s way WORSE than having no one successful to model after? They all think they’re giving you awesome tips because they “care” about you and don’t want to see you get hurt or make mistakes. While in reality — what they’re giving is only as good as their UNDERSTANDING of the situation. Which OFTEN is damn near ZERO, without intent of ever trying to understand it either..

AKA — People at your own level. Try to GROW TOGETHER with your partners. Look towards your competitors to see what they are doing RIGHT and WRONG. ⛔Use that knowledge to grow your own business. ⛔ 3. Last 33% keeps the cycle of growth flowing by ⛔GIVING BACK to those below you You must helping others. It’s your moral responsibility to help keep this cycle in flow by mentoring our next generation.
The most important things is to always take ownership by remaining responsible and accountable for your WINS & LOSSES. The 33% of time spent with people above you is for you to grow, not get dragged up, the same way you wouldn’t expect to drag up the ..people who look up to you. Always remember — t hat there is no such thing as TRULY “self-made”.
