Island Cruising NZ is a nautical adventure company that has been captivating sailors for over three decades. As a premier yacht rally provider charting a course through the South Pacific, Island Cruising guides sailors in preparing both their boats and themselves for unforgettable coastal and offshore odysseys.

With the mission of being a source of support, education, and connection, Island Cruising now puts digital content as the core of their overall business and marketing strategy. When Viki Moore, Managing Director, took over the company in 2021, she started out struggling with distributing their monthly magazine to readers through an email newsletter. Sending image-heavy PDFs was a down-right Sisyphean task: complicated, challenging, and burdensome.

Leveraging the power of Issuu, the company has successfully navigated the digital seas, expanding their customer base, amplifying their social media presence, and boosting advertising opportunities, all while making every voyage a memorable one for their audience.

We’ve quadrupled the size of our business since I started ramping up our media efforts; the use of Issuu has had a lot to do with this growth, and it has enabled my content to look more professional.
