Tina Jones is the Team Leader for Keller Williams Oakland. She has been a consistent leader with a reputation for inspiring, teaching and growing agents.
After graduating with a 5-year degree in landscape architecture, with an emphasis in urban planning from Syracuse, NY, Rick went on to pursue the MBA curriculum at the University of Georgia.
A former Advertising executive in NYC and sales director for Rolling Stone Magazine; Rob was also top amateur skier in Oregon where he was the state champion and a Junior Olympian.
Tina is exceptionally well-respected not only for her unparalleled professional track record and high ethical standards as well as one who does absolutely everything in her power to ensure her agents success.
With opportunities leading him out to California, Rick found immediate success in real estate on the Westside.

She owned a highly successful real estate brokerage for 20 years until she sold in 2013. Tina comes to Keller Williams with a wealth of experience in every aspect of real estate having been licensed since 1985. She has sold over 1100 homes and is a CRS, CRB and expert in Luxury Homes. Within his first year in real estate, Rick was among the seven core agents to open DBL Beverly Hills (now Sotheby’s International). While at DBL, he was recognized for outstanding production and achievement three years in a row and was acknowledged as one of DBL Beverly Hill’s Top 10 Agents. Rick was recruited by Keller Williams Realty as the first core agent/ investor of the Hollywood Hills office, where he founded The Cunninghame Group, a real estate team with Keller Williams, and subsequently went on to become the Top Listing Agent for that year; the same year, the Hollywood Hills Office became recognized at the Homerun Office Launch in the Keller Williams franchise system.

After a successful run as realtor from which started in 2000 during which, Rob was the international Rookie of the Year his first year at Keller Williams he then ran a successful team for several years. In 2004 Rob Aigner was elevated to the role of Team Leader of the Keller Williams Westside office at the end of 2004 an office that he grew to 200 agents in only three years. In 2008, he was appointed the leadership position of Chief Executive Officer at Keller Williams Realty Beverly Hills which is one of the largest and most productive real estate brokerages in Los Angeles and the nation. HIs office sold over 1 billion dollars of real estate in 2013. Currently, Rob is the general Manager for a group of 9 offices from Northern to Southern California. Rob is also the owner operator of the Keller Williams Santa Barbara and the Bakersfield office. Rob has earned ownership in eight other Keller Williams offices and travels the country teaching as a certified KW faculty member and an active MAPS coach.
