Utilizing cutting edge Revit BIM technology to seamlessly design, produce presentation graphics and produce CD’s on projects over $200 Million. Project Designer - Consultant - San Francisco, CA 06.10 - 12.11 SB Architects - Led team in Building Design and Production of highly detailed SD and DD drawings for an extremely high end 7 Star Resort Hotel comprising of 100+ Villa Units on Hainan Island in China. Heller Manus Architects - Designed International High Rise projects in Guangzhou China; responsible for building design and massing, production of renderings, and design presentation packages. Design Principal 11.08 - 06.10 A X I S Design Lab, Portland OR Successfully ran my own freelance residential design business, creating my own work in the economic downturn. Effectively marketed my business, managed clients, and engaged in design and production of high quality CD’s for custom residential projects, a ground up Mixed-Use project, as well as remodel work and competition entry’s.
