SHOP ONLINE After the success of our stall at All I Want for Xmas (see p.14), we decided that we needed a shop selling Soupa goods – without the restriction of opening hours. Many of our members now sell exclusively through Soupa’s Big Cartel shop – and with items starting at under £5, there’s plenty to choose from. We aim to provide original products that support our members, including a large range of unique prints, homewares and gifts – such as illustrated mirrors by Harriet Gray (top, right) and mini comics by Jamie Littler (below, right).

live With a vast amount of space, The Truman Brewery is a fantastic blank canvas for any artist who is up for a challenge. In December 2009, Soupa were delighted to be invited to help decorate the Brewery stairwell ahead of the All I Want for

Xmas design and gift fair. Illustrator Elissa Elwick delivered these inviting creatures (image, right) aided by Anna Spencer (above) and many more members got involved turning the white washed walls into works of art.

In addition to embellishing the stairwell with our designs, we also held a stall for the duration of All I Want for Xmas. This was a great opportunity for Soupa members to come together and work collectively – which was deemed a real hit. Seeing all the items together was a reminder of how talented Soupa members are – and most importantly, how diverse. We’re planning more events like this soon, but in the meantime, do get in touch if you’d like to see us at your event.
