NORTHEAST SCHOOL

Did you know

that food can affect your behavior, learning and mood? The healthiest food options are those that provide whole, fresh ingredients and are high in fiber, PROTEIN, vitamins and MINERALS and low in sugar, fat and sodium. Here at Northeast, we are committed to supporting healthy eating and nutritional guidance. The first step to providing healthy food options for SNACKS, Classroom celebrations and events at school, is to know what you are eating or serving by reading ingredients. Remember ingredients are listed in order of content; as a general rule, the least amount of processing and the fewer the ingredients, the better.

“You are what you eat Victor Lindlhar
