Project was completed in spring 2007. Requirements for the project were to include 80% golf course frontage lots, 18-hole golf course, 8 tennis courts, Olympic size swimming pool and maintenance shed. The site has been designed to eliminate grading and tree removal. Ponds have been strategically placed to help catch runoff and avoid polluting the river to the west.

Project was completed in Spring 2008. The concept of the project was to create an ecological resort that could be used to teach its clientele about sustainability. Due to the very topographical nature of the site, the placement of buildings was key in order to minimize grading and removal of trees. The site has several positive features: it has access to a white and black sanded beach as well as an estuary. All these features were taken into consideration during the design process.

Project was completed Fall 2008. The design intent was to create an atmosphere to honor the students and faculty from the University of Georgia who served their country. The overall objective was to make this site significant and to educate the students about the University’s history. The design will incorporate a new set of steps that are functional but whose purpose will be to create interaction. They will be wide enough for people to sit, without hindering passer-bys. There will be several features to honor the men and women: an obelisk, a granite wall with the encryption and names of all those who have served, and a water feature. These features are tied into the design where they can be noticed. MARBELLA: QUICK PERSPECTIVE FROM LOWER POOL

Project was completed Spring 2008. The purpose was to design a cohesive master plan for the Marbella Resort that will encompass and incorporate Puerto Rican heritage and culture, and connect the functional requirements with the architectural, site and regional landscape. The design will also create an environment that will be comforting and relaxing, yet vibrant for its patrons.

This Ecology Courtyard is located in the center of an Art Museum. The primary objective for this garden was to create an environment that could stimulate all the senses. Every sense can be honed and heightened. Color will vary and be bold. The use of different ground material can generate sound such as walking on leaves, wooden planks or crushed stones. The site incorporates a water feature to create a soothing sound. Another very important issue to consider is accessibility; plants will be grown in a variety of methods such as vertical walls, raised beds, tables and containers, in order to facilitate people with different mobility impairments.

Project was completed in Spring 2007 and redone in Fall 2008. The project intent was to demonstrate to people that even with small lots, creative design can still be made.

Project was completed on spare time. This is one of my first sketchup models, and first time using Kerkythea as a rendering program. Created both day and night renderings.
