Arrangements like this are fun to make. Go shopping, forage a bit and then create a masterpiece of your own. First we’ll start with a step by step to the creating. Watch as it gets put together and view the finished piece up close and personal.
Make your fall a vibrant one! Materials gathered on the table Little Tillandsias Pomegranates Mini-Pumpkins Carnival Squash Kambocha Squash Fava Beans & Lipstick Peppers Kale Brussel Sprouts Persimmons Limes & Avocados Garlic Eggplant
I didn’t have a table runner in the color I wanted so a large scarf did the trick. The avocados, Kambocha & carnival squashes were the anchors.
The mini-pumpkins were put in shiny votive cups to raise them up a bit. The scarf was krinkled & pinched.

Oscar was happy to jump into the role of visual assistant.
Mediterranean Fan Palm fronds were added next.
Eggplant, pomegranates & persimmons found their spot. Because the eggplants are the darkest color used, they were grouped toward the middle in a star shape. Working down in size, fava beans, lipstick peppers, lemons, limes & garlic were tucked in.
Next came those adorable little Tillandsias. The ones tinged with red sit atop the mini-pumpkins.

A box of Succulent cuttings was brought out & the inspection crew came in.
The table & the mostly edible creation were moved to a spot against the wall & snips of Lavender Scallops were added in.
All finished. Brussel sprouts, red kale, grandma’s candlesticks & candles from South Africa add the final punch. We think those forgotten candles work quite well, don’t you?
