Rules and Regulations 1. Exhibit should be contained ONLY in allotted exhibition booth. 2. Distribution of materials from the booth is permitted only under non-exhibitor’s acceptance. 3. Use of microphones or speakers is allowable on the premise that the ongoing conference lectures, other exhibitors or visitors are not disturbed. 4. The use of electricity and flammable materials must conform to all local regulations and facility requirements 5. Fund raising activities are NOT allowed in exhibition booths or any part of conference hall. 6. Share of booth space without the written consent of the Conference should be prohibited.

7. Exhibitor should take action according to the exhibition schedule. Failure to setup by the stated time will result in the loss of booth space and all payment will be forfeited. Booths shall not be torn-down before dismantling time.

Description


Ordering, Payment and Cancellation

ORDERING 1. Exhibitor and advertiser should complete Appendix I to Appendix III and deliver a copy to the Conference Exhibition Secretariat, by email or by fax, to apply for exhibition and/or sponsorship. The deadline for applying is September 15, 2015. (fax: XXXXX or email: XXXXX@gmail.com) 2. 50% of the entire amount shall be paid in 1 week after confirming the application to validate the reservation; the balance must be received by September 30, 2015 or may result in the release of held exhibition booth, advertisement and sponsorship. 3. If default of payment by the stipulated date happens, the application shall be recognized as cancelled and the deposit forfeited; applicant shall not be entitled to any form of compensation. 4. The Conference shall allocate reservation in a first come, first served principle. In the state of oversubscription, the Conference shall compose a waiting list; any additional space made available through cancellation shall be offered to company on the waiting list. 5. Deadline for all orders is September 15, 2015. For any order after September 15, 2015, a surcharge of 20% will apply.

CANCELLATION All cancellations, reductions or withdrawals are not permitted. However, the exhibitor and advertiser in special cases may be concerned to have partial refund according to the date of receipt of written notification. All cancellations and changes must be submitted in written form, with indication of company name, contact person and bank details as in “Appendix IV: Cancellation Form” by fax or by email. (fax: XXXXX or email: XXXXXXXXX@gmail.com) (1) For cancellation made before September 15, 2015, and we shall retain 50% of the agreed amount. (2) For later cancellation, no refunds can be made. (3) Exhibitors and advertiser, who do not cancel and do not show up, will still be responsible for the full agreed amount. ONLY receiving an acknowledgement from the 4th Antibody Therapeutic Conference Secretariat assures that the cancellation is under process. All refunds occurred will be made after the conference.

Appendix III: Agreement

Agreement Date __________ 1. Any ordering and cancellation should follow the instructions written in the 4th Antibody Therapeutic Conference Exhibition and Sponsorship Brochure. 2. Exhibiting should process under the rules and regulations, written in the 4th Antibody Therapeutic Conference Exhibition and Sponsorship Brochure, and additional instructions issued by the conference organizer to ensure the smooth management of the exhibition. 3. Exhibitor is responsible for his/her causing any damage to conference venue, booth, equipment, or other property and shall make good or pay for the damages. 4. The Conference does not provide insurance for exhibits, for equipment rented from exhibitor services or for personal possessions of any exhibitor against loss, damage or theft. Exhibitors are recommended to arrange their own insurance cover. 5. The conference organizer reserves the right to make changes in booth assignments through October 20, 2015 to ensure an even flow of traffic or to maintain show character. 6. If unforeseen event occurs, the decision of the Conference shall be final.
