Project Type : Student Work, BSci (Arch)

Location : Dindaeng, Bangkok, Thailand

Completion : Summer 2012

National Housing Authority of Thailand is the owner of Dindaeng building which was damaged. Therefore, they have a plan to delevop this area by replacing with new buildings. However, D2 Condo is very suitable for this area due to making Dindaeng behavior analysis. From the analysis, people will improve their happiness by living together because it can make them feel safety. D2 Condo was designed with a potential of human behavior and visualisation techniques between common areas. Moreover, every green areas are connected.

Program : Mixed-Use Building Location : Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok, Thailand

Completion : Summer 2013

To begin with, creating investment decisions, nobody can deny that residential is suitable for Muang Thong Thani area. Furthermore, with TOD (Transit Oriented Development) theory, commutinity mall is necessary for residential. Therefore, the main functions of The LAKE are service apartment and community mall with interlace concept. Moreover,adding water fun park, a special function, can lead to have an identity.

FUNCTION ‘Service Apartment’ This is the main function of this building that is fulfill the demand for residential both of short term and long term.

MALL

‘Community Mall’ The center of the spending and leisure. ‘Water Park’ To attract tourish and as part of a future tourism.

TARGET

Target group is both of ‘Thai’ and ‘Foreigner’ who stay in Thailand in the short term and long term with moderate to high income or approximately 30,000 baht.

Motivating Creativity Centre is a new building of Thammasat Design School due to space is not enough for students’ activities. The new building is designed to stimulate students to improve their creative thinking by using physical environment and full of shady to make them feel comfortable. Moreover, there are lots of common area such as playing zone to help them reduce their stress and feel relax after taking time with works. Therefore, students will get some inspires from this environment. As a result, the school become a stimulant creativity and colloboration.

The Skywalk Supervisor : Dr. Peeradorn Kaewlai

Program : Urban Design and Development Location : Ratchadamri, Bangkok, Thailand

Completion : Summer 2013

This project designed by using a knowledge of fundamentals of urban and regional planning for develop Ratchadamri area which is the main economic of Bangkok. From site survey, footpath is not enough for human usability because of stalls and motorbike taxi riders. This problem causes them walk on the street that is not safety for them. For this reason, the skywalk is the best solution to make them safe. Moreover, most economic nodes are connected by the skywalk.

SITE SURROUNDING

Ratchadamri road is one of the busiest streets surrounded by shopping centers. The famous Central World shopping center is here as well. At night time, Ratchadamri road will become pedestrian street and there are a lot of street restaurants with plenty of food. Most foreigner and locals come here to spot on eating at such places. It can admired to be an urban Thai eating culture.
