ORDERING & PAYMENT
Opening order minimums: $100
Re-order minimums: $75+

Turnaround Time
Every effort is made to get orders out within 1-5 business days, but occasionally we may require more time. In that case, you will be notified and kept up to date.
If you need delivery by a specific date, please let us know.
All orders are shipped from Fort Worth, Texas via cheapest shipping carrier unless otherwise arranged. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. Joy Paper Co. is not reponsible for any carrier delays.
Returns
We do not accept wholesale returns except for items damaged in transit. Please notify us of damaged items within 3 business days of receipt and we will replace at no charge.
Payment
Joy Paper Co. accepts payment via credit card through Shopify or Paypal and will charge at the time of shipping. Checks should be made payable to Joy Paper Co. and sent to the below address. Repeat customers in goodstanding may request terms, pending credit approval. A 5% fee will be applied per month on overdue invoices.
Packaging
Products must be sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up for individual sale.
