EXAMINATION INVIGILATORS REQUIRED EXAM INVIGILATOR £7.75 PER HOUR (Inclusive Rate) Casual Hours To start ASAP We are looking for candidates to join our existing team of valued invigilators. The invigilator team supervises students undertaking a range of exams including public and mock examinations. We are looking for candidates that wish to support the school in following the examination board’s procedures and enforcing the regulations that the school is bound by. We are looking for Examination Invigilators who will: Be a good team player Be able to follow procedures Be flexible with respect to working hours Remain reliable once dates have been agreed Be enthusiastic, resourceful, resilient and with a sense of humour Be positive, patient and be confident to work with secondary aged students Previous experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous but not a requirement. Training will be given to support the successful candidates. The main exam period is from May to late June each year, with other exams taking place throughout the year. We are looking for candidates who are able to commit to at least several sessions each week during the busiest times. Working hours will be variable depending on examination requirements, but will normally be between 8.00am and 4.30pm Duties will include the preparation of rooms prior to the start of exams, distribution and collection of scripts and the supervision of candidates.
