We are looking for an outstanding History teacher to provide both excellent teaching and lead on aspects of developing the department. The person appointed will teach history at all key stages and may be asked to teach RE, geography and/or sociology. The successful candidate will work with the Head of Humanities to promote outstanding teaching and learning throughout the department, develop resources and schemes of work and plan for transition to the new GCSE and A level courses over the next few years. You must have excellent subject knowledge and the confidence to teach engaging and effective lessons.
