MY THOUGHTS People are wonderous creatures. I live for the story and welcome every morning whole heartly. Crossing my paths between the world of business and the way my eyes view the wolrd, I found myself walking in straigt path by leveraging years of training from the Art Institute of California - San Francisco in the Fashion Marketing & Management department. I have gain experience in both the manufacturing and promotion side of the fashion industry. After working with fashion designer Jaqueylne Love for five years, I then decided to pursue in the life of Public Relations with Cross Marketing based out of San Francisco. I entered Cross Marketing as an intern, working side by side with Claudia Ross, the founder. Claudia then soon hired me to join Cross Marketing with the title of Account Coordinator. I have gained the knowledge of how to generate a multi-platform marketing and branding campaign. I have assisted with launching brands such as EDITION by Banana Republic in San Francisco. After working with clients, Restoration Hardware, Judith Ripka, CHANEL, MARLOWE, LIULI and popchips, I now understand the process of maintaining a solid, lucid and personable relationship with clients, as it is an essential.

FASHION EXPOSED EVENT Presented by the In-House Promotions class of The Art Institute of California - San Francisco, Fashion Exposed, was a book launch showcasing the works of the Fashion Marketing and Fashion Design students. As a part of this course I was head of Public Relations for the book launch event. Working with Jennifer Tomoro, Public Relations Lead at The Art Institute of CA - SF, we created a press release and organized the execution of the of the book launch. In collaboration with Cross Marketing, I was able to get popchips donated to the event. I also conducted the outreach for the social networking to help spread the word of the first annual event, Fashion Exposed.

CROSS MARKETING ACCOUNT COORDINATOR A Glimps of Luxary. Claudia Ross, the founder of Cross Marketing hired me as an intern in August of 2009, after working as both Claudia’s and Keely’s right hand, I was then hired as Cross Marketing’s Account Coordinator. With this title my expectations were high. While at Cross Marketing I directed the popchips account and took on the roll of doing product placement in events for Epi Center MedSpa. Some of the roles that I managed at Cross Marketing were press lists, influencer gifting, event guest lists, event planning, newsletters, event calendars, and email blasts.

To celebrate the sparkling holiday season, W and Saks Fifth Avenue New York hosted a special shopping event in the Jewelry Gallery. Led by philanthropists Claudia Castillo Ross, Kimberly Guilfoyle and Lori Levine, the event was attended by over 200 guests and benefitted Fran Drescher’s Cancer Schmancer Movement. Guests experienced the stunning collections from Chopard, H. Stern, Marco Bicego, Garrard, Mikimoto and Stephen Webster and participated in W’s holiday shopping passport program.

POPCHIPS think popped Cross Marketing’s primary goal with its client popchips, a chip that is heat pressured not fried or baked but popped, was to distribute popchips throughout nationwide events. I managed this account, by strategically placing popchips in the top nationwide events. From the Emmy Awards to the GPA Golf Tour, the Sundance Film Festival to the top US charities, I arranged the distribution of popchips in-kind donations.

EPI CENTER MEDSPA A San Francisco based eco medspa. Cross Marketing manages all of Epi Center MedSpa’s public relations. With this account one of the task that I handled was Epi Center MedSpa’s product placement throughout Bay Area events. I distributed Epi Center MedSpa’s promotional gift cards to San Francisco’s most prestigious Galas.
