Poetry
This site dedicates itself to being alert to the transformational properties of poetry to console, educate, and improve. I believe writing can change things, intervene in moments, rewriting possibility on the ground. As Seamus Heaney said, “It takes the eyes away from the obsession of the moment.” Poetry, he believed, could achieve this, too.
